Grounded in empathy, connection, and developmental science, this course introduces the core foundations of gentle parenting and how they apply in everyday life. Through interactive discussion, real-life scenarios, and expressive art-based activities, participants will learn how to: Set clear and kind boundaries that foster cooperation, not control Respond to big emotions with empathy instead of punishment Model emotional regulation and respectful communication Shift from reactive parenting to intentional, connected parenting Replace power struggles with collaborative problem-solving Understand the brain-body connection in behavior and discipline This course is perfect for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children ages 0–10 who want to deepen their parenting approach with warmth, structure, and respect.
