Service Description

At Rocky Mountain Art & Play Center of Denver, our Parent Coaching service is designed to support families navigating the challenges of ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and other emotional or behavioral struggles. With expert guidance and personalized support, we help you move from daily frustration to lasting connection. Experience a unique integrative method for your child that combines Montessori, Depth Psychology, and Relational Therapies. Our Whole-Child Approach service focuses on addressing emotional and behavioral needs to support lifelong wellbeing. Ideal for children facing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and attachment disorders. Our compassionate consultants bring years of hands-on experience and research-based strategies to every session—tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s goals. Together, we’ll help you: Understand the root causes behind your child’s behavior Respond to defiance, impulsivity, and emotional outbursts with calm and clarity Strengthen your bond with your child through confident, compassionate communication Set consistent boundaries that invite cooperation instead of conflict Create smoother daily routines at home and improve behavior at school Grow your confidence as a parent with tools, insight, and encouragement Parent coaching isn’t just about fixing behavior—it’s about transforming how you relate to your child and yourself. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy – 24 Hours’ Notice Required To respect the time and planning of all families and professionals involved, we kindly ask that all rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Policy Details: You may reschedule an appointment with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the session time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late rescheduling fee or be considered a missed session, depending on the circumstances. To reschedule, please contact us via [phone/text/email] as soon as possible. Emergency situations will be handled with care and understanding on a case-by-case basis. When you schedule a session, your appointment time is reserved just for you. You will see a charge for the service at the time of booking. Please note: no-show or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer respectful, timely care to all families. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for all clients
